How does the AI Tailor work?
You chat in plain language about what you want. The AI translates your words (and any reference photos) into a buildable spec, then renders a photoreal mockup. Our human atelier reviews every order before cutting begins.
How long until I receive my jacket?
Typically 14 days from order confirmation. We cut within 48 hours, stitch over 7–10 days, then ship via tracked courier. We'll keep you updated at every stage.
What if it doesn't fit?
We offer free remakes within 14 days of delivery if your measurements were correct. We also offer paid alterations if you'd like minor adjustments after wearing it in.
Can I see the leather quality before I buy?
Yes. Request a leather swatch sample (refundable on order) and we'll send you cuttings of the exact hides we'd use. Or visit our atelier in person if you're in Karachi.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx — currently to 40+ countries. Duties and taxes are handled at checkout for major destinations. Reach out on WhatsApp if your country isn't listed.
Can I talk to a real tailor instead of the AI?
